Limited Time Free Shipping Policy:
Phone orders are not applicable - only orders placed online. For a limited time only. Shipping (USPS Standard Ground in the continental United States) is FREE on orders over $10.00. If a shipment with free shipping charges is returned, a $4.00 fee (U.S) and $1.00 for each additional pound shipping charge will be deducted from the amount of the merchandise returned. If an exchange is to be made, 'Re-Ship' charges may apply. Please contact us for a return authorization.

Out Of Stock Items:
Out of stock items will be put on back order, and will be shipped as soon as they are available. Your credit card will not be charged until that item is shipped. You will not be charged additional shipping for out of stock items. If there will be a delay of 3 weeks or longer, we will notify you.

International Shipping: discontinued!
We NO LONGER ship outside of the USA.

Expected Deliveries:
When the items are in-stock, they are shipped the following business day after they have been processed. You will be notified by e-mail when the packae has been shipped. Priority takes 3-4 business days for delivery, but is NOT guaranteed. USPS FREE standard shipping takes 5-10 Business days for delivery. These times are from the date shipped and not from when the order is placed. USPS ships out and is delivered Monday through Saturday.

Return Policy:
For the safety and health protection of our customers we do not accept returns of body piercing jewelry. All sales are final and no refunds will be made. Manufactured defects or broken jewelry may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please contact us for a return authorization.
